About Us

Welcome to Palm Beach Physie, located on the southern end of Queensland’s Gold Coast.

At Palm Beach Physie you will join a friendly and welcoming group who will support and encourage you to bring out your personal best while having fun. We love to have a laugh but are also dedicated to making sure you get the most out of your class. We will not only teach you the steps but also help instil confidence while encouraging self-expression.

Regardless of your fitness level or experience, physie will build your strength, increase your flexibility and improve your fitness from week to week. 

We welcome women and girls of all ages and abilities to come and try your first lesson for free.
