About Competitions

Competitions are completely optional, but are a great way to build confidence, bond with your club members and also to meet other physie members from all over Australia.

There are two types of BJP Physie competitions. The first is team-­based with 8 girls or ladies in a team performing synchronised routines together. The second is called Champion Girl/Lady, where girls and women compete individually. There are various competitions throughout the year, with interclub and state events culminating in the national competitions that are held in Sydney.
